Carpenter Star

Here is the quilt for Josh and Ashley.  Their wedding was September 22, 2012. 

They don't know how unusual it was for me to complete a quilt before the wedding!  Tee Hee.  I found the fabrics in a little store near where Josh grew up.  These were their wedding colors:  navy and apple green.

Loved how this turned out.  Hope they do too.

That's Life: Chirp, Chirp, Burp That's Life This afternoon was my time to get this cute little wall hanging finsihed. Kit and I sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful fall weather. Kit watching birds and anything else that moved. (She did not get to "burp".) Me sitting in the chair hand stitching the binding down...

Quilt Presentation I got the quilt finished before the wedding and had a smaller carpenter star make from left over fabric. So A pillow was formed for my "bag". I just did a lap over backing so they can use it for a real pillow or just store the quilt in it....
